Baji Games Terms and Conditions – Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Baji Games login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by anyone accessing your account with or without your permission — is your responsibility. Processing Times

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 seconds of your request being approved. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals follow a similar timeline. Bank IBFT transfers are subject to your bank's processing schedule and may take several hours. Visa/Mastercard refunds depend on your card issuer's processing times.

Withdrawal Requirements

• Your account must have completed identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your balance must meet their respective wagering requirements before the balance can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for all payment methods.
• Baji Games does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not used before the expiry date are forfeited automatically.
• Baji Games reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through collusion, matched betting using multiple accounts, or any systematic exploitation — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

7. Gaming Rules

All games available on the Baji Games platform operate according to rules published within each game's interface. These rules are set by the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, PG Soft, Spribe, and others — and are governed by those providers' certified documentation.

Malfunctions and Technical Issues

In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity issue, or game error during a session, Baji Games reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake placed for that round to your account balance. Baji Games is not liable for any winnings that would have been generated but for the technical issue. Malfunction voids all pays and plays is a standard industry principle that applies to all Baji Games products.

Maximum Winnings

Baji Games may impose maximum winning limits on individual games, game sessions, or specific promotional events. Any maximum limits that apply are displayed within the relevant game lobby or promotion page. Winnings that exceed an applicable maximum limit may be reduced to the published maximum at Baji Games' discretion.

Disconnection Policy

For live dealer and multiplayer games, a disconnection mid-round does not automatically void your bet. The outcome of the round is determined by the game server and applied to your account when you reconnect or at the point your session is ended by the timeout procedure. Baji Games is not responsible for losses incurred due to connectivity issues outside our infrastructure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Baji Games platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all bonuses forfeited, and any winnings deemed to have been generated through prohibited means may be voided:

• Creating more than one account or allowing another person to create an account on your behalf.

• Depositing funds with the intention of withdrawing without genuine gaming activity (a pattern known as "chip dumping").

Baji Games employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. We reserve the right to investigate any account at any time and to take action based on the findings of that investigation without being obliged to disclose the specific details of our detection methods.

9. Responsible Gaming

Baji Games takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable activity that sits comfortably within the boundaries that each player sets for themselves. We provide the following tools to help our players maintain those boundaries:
